StatementSuite
StatementSuite opens on the planning dashboard for the current organisation. The menu is Dashboard, Accounts, Entities, Periods, Scenarios, Dimensions, Plan, Drivers, and Reports. The Home card says Profit and loss. Amounts are AUD.
The line on the dashboard reads AUD. Fiscal year 2026 is July 2025 to June 2026, then the organisation name. FY2026 is 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026. Later months, including the July rent invoice on the coffee walk, sit in FY2027 and are not folded into that opening year. FY2027 on the period list runs 1 July 2026 through 30 November 2026.
Figures are the amounts on file. The page does not invent a missing month.
The public session is read-only. You can open the lists, the plan, and a saved report. You cannot type a new amount. New report, Apply, and Save plan are not on the public session.
Dashboard
Four cards: Revenue, actual, Expenses, actual, Net profit, actual, and Net profit versus budget. Those are FY2026 months, actual against budget. Links under the cards open the rest of the menu.
If no organisation is selected, the page says No organisation is selected.
Accounts, entities, periods
Accounts is a table: account, type, statement, and status. A parent is named on the statement column. A top-level account says so on its own page. Open an account to read Actual by entity, FY2026, as a table and a chart. Empty: No accounts for this organisation. A missing account says That account is not in this organisation.
Entities is entity, type, and status. Open one to read revenue, expenses, and net profit for FY2026 actual. Coffee uses the cafe and the roastery. Brewing uses the taproom and the brewhouse. Scoops uses the parlour and the cart. Empty: No entities for this organisation. A missing entity says That entity is not in this organisation.
Periods is period, type, year, from, and to. Years are labelled FY2026 and FY2027. Empty: No periods for this organisation.
Scenarios and dimensions
Scenarios is scenario, code, type, and status. The types on file are Actual, Budget, and Forecast. Empty: No scenarios for this organisation.
Dimensions groups members under the dimension name. The dimension on file is Department. Each member shows name, code, and status. Empty: No dimensions for this organisation.
Plan
Plan is the grid of amounts already stored. Above it, Actual against growth is the chart. Filters are Entity, Product, and Paddock, then Filter. That is how two places in the same company stay apart. A fact is tagged with a product or a paddock, not both.
The grid is read-only. You cannot type a new amount into it. Save plan is not on the public session.
Drivers
Drivers is driver, account, entity, scenario, growth, and status. The note under the table says apply copies each prior month of Actual, times one plus the growth percent, into the driver scenario. It does not compound. The first month is skipped. You do not see Apply.
Empty: No drivers for this organisation.
Reports
Reports lists saved reports: name, statement, and year. A report that compares scenarios says variance on the statement column. Open one to read it.
A blank entity sums the entities. The page says All entities, summed. No intercompany eliminations. That is not a set of eliminations.
The table is accounts down the side and months across, with a Total. A profit and loss report adds a Net profit row and a Net profit by month chart. When variance is on, the table adds Compare, Variance, and Variance %.
When a saved report is open, Download CSV and Download Excel are on the page. New report is not on the public session.
Empty: No saved reports for this organisation. A missing report says That report is not in this organisation.
Nothing in StockYard is a second copy of this profit figure. Watchdesk and VendorRank do not post into this plan.
