OrgAdmin

OrgAdmin is the company file for the organisation you have selected. The menu is Users, Profile, Teams, and Memberships. The Home card counts product users.

The public session is read-only. You can open a row and read it. You cannot add a user, a member, or a team, and you cannot edit or delete one.

Users

The note on the list says these are product users for this organisation, and that they do not sign in.

A row is a username. The detail is the email, then Last seen and a date, or Not seen yet. Badges are the status and the role.

  • Status is Active, Invited, or Disabled.
  • Role is Viewer, Editor, or Admin.

Open a row to read username, email, organisation, status, role, the linked person when one is set, and last seen. If you open the page with no row, it says Open a record from the list. A user that is not in this organisation says That record is not in this organisation.

Analytics, linked from the list, charts Users by role, Users by status, and Last seen. A user who has never been seen is counted under Never. All records returns you to the list. If a chart has nothing to draw, it says Nothing to chart yet.

An empty list says Nothing in this list yet.

Profile

Profile is the company you are in. The current organisation name on the top bar opens the same page.

You can read brand, acronym, legal name, sector, suburb, and the bank line. Under that, a line counts contacts, properties, active leases, open orders, and open maintenance jobs, then a Teams list. If none of that is on file, it says This organisation has no related records yet.

You can read the profile. You cannot change it.

Teams

Teams is a table: name, detail, and status. Open a team to read the name, what it is about, and the status, then Members. A member opens that person’s membership. An empty team says No related records yet.

You cannot add a member or edit a team.

Memberships

Memberships lists the people on this company: name, email, and the licence. On the public session that licence reads Read-only.

Open a person to read the name, email, licence, and the date they joined. Related lists are Teams, Leave, and Pay. Those open the team, the leave request, or the pay run. You still cannot change them.

An empty list says Nothing in this list yet.
