StaffSnacks

StaffSnacks is Leave Requests for the organisation you have selected. The Home card counts leave requests.

The public session is read-only. You can open a request and read the decision. You do not see Approve or Decline. You cannot add a request.

The list​

Analytics is at the top. The table is Name, Detail, and Status. The name is the person. The detail is the type, the dates, and the days. The badge is the status.

  • Type is Annual, Personal, or Unpaid.
  • Status is Requested, Approved, Declined, or Cancelled.

An empty list says Nothing in this list yet.

A request​

Open a row to read person, organisation, type, status, starts, ends, days, decision, decided on, and note. Under the facts, a span shows the start, the end, and the days.

Other leave for this person lists the rest of that person’s requests. You can open one. A membership in OrgAdmin also lists Leave for that person.

If you open the page with no request, it says Open a record from the list. A request that is not in this organisation says That record is not in this organisation.

Analytics​

Analytics charts Requests by status, Days by type, and Requests by month. All records returns you to the list. If a chart has nothing to draw, it says Nothing to chart yet.
