Customer KPIs

Customer KPIs is its own item on the top bar, next to CRM. It is not a tab inside CRM, and it is not a Home card. A row is one customer, one month, and one metric, for the organisation you have selected.

This is not the channel revenue list in RetailRacecard, and it is not that app’s salesperson targets.

The public session is read-only. You can read the list, the record, and the chart. You cannot add a target. You do not see New KPI.

The list

Analytics is at the top. If you arrived from a customer, the page says Showing KPIs for that name.

The table is Customer, Detail, and Status. The detail is the month, the metric, the category, the target, and the actual when one is stored. Badges are the status and the metric.

  • Metric is Sales (dollars), Margin (a percent), or Volume (units).
  • The product category is optional. Empty means all products. The page says All products.
  • Status is Open, Met, or Missed.

An empty list says No customer KPI in this organisation yet.

A KPI

Open a row to read customer, month, metric, category, target, actual, variance, status, notes, and organisation. The customer name opens that customer in CRM. When a category is set, Open category opens it in VendorAccord.

If you open the page with no row, it says Open a KPI from the list. A KPI that is not in this organisation says That KPI is not in this organisation.

On the customer, the same rows appear under Monthly KPIs. All KPIs for this customer returns you here with that customer already selected.

Analytics

The charts are Sales actual against target and KPIs by metric. The page also charts Sales targets by month, KPIs by metric, and KPIs by status. All customer KPIs returns you to the full list. The chart uses the amounts already stored. It does not invent a month.

Coffee and brewing have July, August, and September 2026. Scoops has July and August 2026. Switch organisation and the list follows.
