Getting started
- Open scopa1811.com/foundry.
- Choose Open Foundry. You land in the workspace as Guest.
The chip on Home shows Guest, Scopa’s Coffee Co., and a Read-only badge. A link under it says Switch organisation.
Switch organisation
Switch organisation is in the Guest menu, and on Home. The page title is Organisation switch. The list is Your organisations. Each row shows the brand, the acronym, whether it is Current, and the licence. The licence you see is Read-only.
The three brands are:
- Scopa’s Coffee Co., acronym Scoffy. This is the one you land on.
- Scopa’s Brewing Co., acronym Sbrew.
- Scoops, acronym Scoops.
Choose a row. You return to Home, and the lists, counts, and charts follow that organisation. You cannot add an organisation from this page. If you have none, the page says You have no active membership. That is not the public session: Guest has all three.
Scoops is an ice-cream parlour. Cattle and crops stay empty there on purpose. Coffee and brewing are the companies with paddocks.
Home
Home is the shell, not an app.
- Apps are the cards named in the overview. Open one. The line under them says the numbers follow the current organisation, and that they are read-only.
- Walk through is a short list of records for the organisation you are in. The line on it says Guest is read-only. Super User raises the July invoice. You do not see a Raise button. If those records are missing, it says Nothing to walk through yet.
- Module numbers counts leave, sales, cattle, crops, StatementSuite profit, paid payroll, stock value, and a Watchdesk desk line for the current organisation. The line above them names leave, sales, cattle, crops, payroll, stock, and StatementSuite. If no organisation is selected, it says there are no module numbers.
- Charts under that are Profit, Leave, Sales, Cattle, and Crops.
- Operations counts members, contacts, properties, active leases, open maintenance, unread messages, and open orders. If no organisation is selected, it says there is no status to show.
- Rent by month charts rent for the current organisation, or orders by month when there is no rent to chart. If there is nothing to chart, it says Nothing to chart yet.
- Organisation activity is the recent membership activity for this company.
- Open inbox goes to Inbox. Home also shows the latest messages.
About Scopa, www.scopa1811.com, and Public status are links on Home. They leave the workspace.
The coffee walk
On Scopa’s Coffee Co. the walk opens, in order, the Hutt Street apartment lease, the rent rate from 1 July 2026, the July rent invoice, and the StatementSuite month for that invoice. That month is in FY2027, not in the FY2026 opening position. It then opens the state liaison map and the board. A last line opens VendorRank coverage for Roastery stock, when that use case is on file.
The brewing walk
On Scopa’s Brewing Co. the walk opens the taproom lease, then the paddock where cattle and crops share ground, then the ports desk map and the board. A last line opens VendorRank coverage for Taproom till.
The Scoops walk
On Scoops the walk opens LeaseLogic on the Jetty Road parlour. It does not repeat the coffee invoice or the brewing paddock. A last line opens VendorRank coverage for Freezer stock.
Inbox
Inbox is on the top bar and on Home. The note says messages are directed to you, and other people in the organisation cannot read them. The list shows subject, who sent it, the date, and Unread or Read. Open a row to read Subject, From, Sent, and the message. Back to inbox returns you to the list.
If the list is empty, it says Nothing in this list yet.
There is no New message control on the public session.
Settings
Settings is in the Guest menu. You can also change the same choices from Skin and Theme on the top bar, without opening Settings.
Settings explains that you pick a skin and a theme, nine combinations. A guest choice stays for this session.
Theme
- System — follows the device colour scheme.
- Dark — forces the dark palette.
- Light — forces the light palette.
Skin
- Heritage — serif, warm paper, brass and forest.
- Modern — sans, tight grid, hairline borders, indigo.
- Retro — monospace, chunky borders, amber and green, a light scanline.
Choose one of each, then Apply appearance. Heritage and System are the choices when nothing has been applied yet.
Reading an app
Open any name in the top bar. You get the current organisation only. Lists that have no rows say Nothing in this list yet. A record that is not in this organisation says so, rather than showing the other company’s row.
You can open a related record from the one you are reading: a person, a place, a lease, an order, an invoice. You still cannot open a form that would change it.
Each app has its own page:
- OrgAdmin
- RetailRacecard
- StatementSuite
- AddressBook
- LeaseLogic
- VendorAccord
- InvoiceHub
- CattleCapture
- CropCount
- CRM
- Customer KPIs
- StaffSnacks
- PayRoll
- StockYard
- Watchdesk
- VendorRank
When you are done with one organisation, switch. Home rebuilds around the one you chose.
