LeaseLogic

LeaseLogic is properties and leases for the organisation you have selected. The menu is Properties and Leases. The Home card counts active leases.

Rent invoices are not on this menu. They are in InvoiceHub. A lease can still link the invoice that already exists.

The public session is read-only. You cannot add a property, a lease, an owner, a rate, a rent week, or a maintenance request.

Properties​

A card is the name, the suburb and the ownership line, and a status badge. An empty list says Nothing in this list yet.

Open a property to read the name, address, suburb, and ownership. A donut shows the equity split. If the shares do not total 100 percent, the page says so.

  • Owners — owner, equity percent, and status. Empty: No owners yet. Add owners so equity totals 100 percent. You cannot add an owner.
  • Valuations — date, amount, and method. Empty: No valuations yet.
  • Maintenance — status, reporter, and description. Empty: No maintenance requests. An empty list is allowed.

Related lists are Leases and Locations. You can open those records. You cannot edit them.

Leases​

A card is the property, the suburb and the weekly amount, and a status badge. Status is DRAFT, ACTIVE, or ENDED.

Open a lease to read the property, the start, the end, the cycle (WEEK or FORTNIGHT), and the status.

  • Parties — contact, starts, ends, and status. Empty: Nobody is associated with this lease yet.
  • Rates — effective from, amount, and status. Empty: No rent rates yet. Each week needs exactly one effective rate.
  • Weeks — week of, through, resolved rate, amount, rates matched, and status. Status is OPEN or INVOICED. Empty: No rent weeks yet. Save the rates, then generate weeks.

Rent invoices on the lease opens an invoice that is already raised. Inbox thread opens a message that sits on this lease. You do not see Generate invoice. That control is not on the public session.

The coffee walk opens the Hutt Street apartment lease, then the rent rate from 1 July 2026. The brewing walk opens the Light Square taproom lease. The Scoops walk opens the Jetty Road parlour.
