RetailRacecard

RetailRacecard is two lists for the organisation you have selected. The menu is Sales Performances and Sales KPIs. They are not the same file. The Home card shows revenue for the current organisation.

The public session is read-only. You can open a row, the chart, and a related customer. You cannot add a period or a target.

Sales Performances

This is channel revenue. A row is a period, written as a month range. The detail is revenue, units, and margin. The badge is the channel: Counter, Wholesale, or Online.

Open a row to read organisation, channel, period start, period end, revenue, units, margin, and the location or account when one is set.

Analytics, linked from the list, charts Revenue by channel, Revenue by month, and Units against margin. All records returns you to the list. If a chart has nothing to draw, it says Nothing to chart yet.

An empty list says Nothing in this list yet. A row that is not in this organisation says That record is not in this organisation.

From a customer in CRM, Sales periods for this account opens this list already cut to that account.

Sales KPIs

Sales KPIs is a person’s target for a month. It is not the channel revenue list.

The note on the list says a blank client is an overall target, and a named client is that allocation. A row is the salesperson. The detail is the scope, the month, the metric, the target, and the actual when one is stored. Badges are the status and either Overall or Client.

The metric is Sales (dollars), Margin (a percent), or Volume (units). Status is Open, Met, or Missed.

Open a row to read salesperson, scope, month, metric, target, actual, variance, status, notes, and organisation. A named client has Open client, which opens that customer. If you open the page with no row, it says Open a KPI from the list. A KPI that is not in this organisation says That KPI is not in this organisation.

An empty list says No salesperson KPI in this organisation yet.

Analytics charts the stored actual against the stored target. The charts are Sales actual against target, Overall against client, and Client actual against target. All sales KPIs returns you to the list. The chart does not recalculate the channel revenue list.

You cannot add a target.
