AddressBook
AddressBook is the people and places for the organisation you have selected. The menu is Contacts, Locations, and Accounts. The Home card counts contacts.
Each list is cards: a name, a status, and a short detail. Open a card to read it. An empty list says Nothing in this list yet.
The public session is read-only. You can open a related person, place, lease, order, or invoice. You cannot create a contact, a location, or an account, and you cannot save or delete one.
Contacts
A card is the name, the email or phone, and a status badge.
The record reads name, email, phone, and status, then any note. Related lists:
- Properties — the property and the equity percent. Empty: This contact does not own a share of a property yet.
- Leases — the property, the dates, and the status. Empty: This contact is not associated with a lease yet.
- Accounts — the account and the role. Primary is marked when that person is the primary contact.
- Maintenance reported — the property, the status, and the description.
You do not see Create contact, Add ownership, or Add lease association.
Locations
A card is the name, the suburb and what it points at, and a status badge.
The record reads name, points at, suburb, and status, then the address. Points at opens the property or the account. Orders shipped here lists the account, the date, the total, and the status.
Accounts
A card is the name, the suburb or email, and a status badge.
The record reads name, email, suburb, and status. When the account is also a customer, a line names the industry, the customer status, the annual value, and the owner, and CRM opens the customer.
Related lists are People, Locations, Agreements, Orders, and Invoices. An invoice opens in InvoiceHub. On the account page itself, an empty agreements list says No service agreements for this account yet. An empty orders list says No orders for this account yet.
You cannot add an account.
