CRM
CRM is Customers for the organisation you have selected. It is its own item on the top bar. Customer KPIs is the next item, not a tab inside this one. The Home card counts customers.
The public session is read-only. You cannot add a customer, a contact, an opportunity, an activity, or a case. You do not see Edit customer, New contact, New opportunity, New activity, New case, or Log. You cannot open compose from a case.
The list
The line above the filters says how many customers you are seeing, of how many are in this organisation.
Filters apply together: Name, Industry, Suburb, and Status. Clear filters starts again. Any on a group means that group is not cutting the list.
Status starts on Prospect, Active, At risk, and Churned. Inactive stays out of that cut until you select it. At risk is shown when the stored status is not Churned or Inactive, the account already has an open or pending case, and there has been no activity in 60 days. It is not a status you can set. Invoices do not change the status.
The table is Customer, Industry, Suburb, Status, Owner, and Annual value. A customer with no owner says No owner. If nothing matches, the page says No customer matches these filters. If no organisation is selected, it says No organisation is selected.
A customer
All customers returns you to the list. The header is the status, the industry, the name, and the suburb. Facts are industry, status, owner, email, phone, website, address, ABN, customer since, and annual value.
Five cards: Open pipeline, Won in FY2026, Invoiced total, Open cases, and Last activity. Open pipeline is stages Lead, Qualified, and Proposal. Won in FY2026 is a won date from 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026. Lost amounts are not in that card. Open cases are Open or Pending.

If the customer is not in this organisation, the page says That customer is not in this organisation. If you open the page with no customer, it says Open a customer from the search.
