Scopa’s Lounge

Meet at the board. A richly furnished board-game lounge of walnut, velvet, and warm lamplight. Play shared draughts, watch a match, or settle into conversation.

There is no simpler page. From Hotel Lobby, use the Lounge door in the Games corridor.

The room is a club corner: seating, books, and a draughts table marked Draughts / English rules. Walk to a chair to sit. At the west edge of the table, Take red place or Take white place joins the match. Two people play. Everyone else can read the board. Captures are compulsory. The player to move is named on the board.

From your place you can Offer draw or Resign and leave. A draw, and a new game, wait until the other player chooses Accept or Decline. Leave player place steps out without those offers. Return to my seat comes back to the colour you already hold.

If the shared game cannot be reached, the lounge still opens and the board says so. You can still walk and sit.

Leaving

The door labelled Hotel Lobby returns you to the Games corridor. Change Room leaves for another room or the hub.
