Getting started
Installers are not published yet. There is no download link in this guide. When they exist, the app name in the Start menu, in Applications, and in the desktop entry is Scopa’s Harness. The command inside is still scopacli.

On a Mac, the build is unsigned. In Finder, right-click the app and choose Open, then confirm. A plain double-click can be blocked by Gatekeeper.
The first hour
- Set a provider. The names you may see are in Providers.
- Put the key in the environment variable your config names, or use the auth prompt in the app or in the terminal. Do not paste a key into a web form. This guide will not show an example secret.
- Open a project folder.
- Read the plan. It names files, commands, and risks.
- Choose Allow, or refuse. Nothing is written until you allow it.
If you have not set another mode, a folder opens in coder. Modes are in Modes.
Uninstall
Uninstall removes the app and its shortcuts. It does not remove your config, your sessions, or your keys. Those stay in the folders in Files.
Also from the terminal
scopacli is the same engine. A grant you set in the window applies in the terminal, and a grant you set in the terminal applies in the window. This guide does not list every command.
If something goes wrong
Gatekeeper blocks the app. Right-click it in Finder and choose Open. Confirm the prompt. Do not look for another download. None is published yet.
The model does not answer. A key is missing, or the provider name does not match. Set the variable your config names, or run the auth prompt again. The window will not ask you to paste the secret into a page.
A server failed to start. The message names that server. The others you listed still run. Fix the program or the URL, then start that server again. See MCP.
Refreshing the marketing page does nothing to the app. scopa1811.com/harness is a website route, when it ships. Reloading it does not open the desktop window.
