The line on the page reads NEWSDESK // news visibility. NewsDesk is on the ONLINE rail. It reads stories already stored. It does not take a question.

Filters

FROM and TO are inclusive calendar dates, written YYYY-MM-DD. A half-typed date waits. Press Enter, or finish the date, to apply it. SOURCE and CATEGORY narrow the set. RELOAD loads the file again.

Analysis

ANALYSIS shows counts, a volume chart, category and topic charts, and a table of recent stories. If nothing matches, the page says No articles match these filters. If the file cannot be read, it says Data unavailable. Try again.

Graph

GRAPH draws categories, topics, and articles. Categories and topics stay labelled. Article titles show on hover, or after you select a node. NODE CAP keeps the most-connected categories and topics and the newest articles. Publishers stay on the article. They are not nodes on this graph.

Select a node to read it in the side panel. Until you do, the panel says Select a node. If the node is outside the cap, the page says That node is outside this cap. Raise the cap or clear a filter.
